Chef Story
Chef Angelo has 30 years of diversified experience and extensive knowledge and passion of fine dining, traditional Northern and Southern Italy with specialties in seafood and pastries. Born in a Raffadali, a small town in Sicily, located in the province of Agrigento and the beautiful Valley of the Temples. Chef Angelo attended the famous culinary school L’Ecole D’Etoile in Chioggia. He later moved to Florence and acquired experience in several Florentine restaurants, trattorias and hotels. He worked in Piazza Repubblica, the five star Hotels, Astoria, in Firenze's Historical Center and Villa Cora, located above Piazzale Michelangelo. He loves to cook, and he will always enjoy to share his passion with everybody.

Set within Oceanside’s iconic former Blade Tribune building, our Private Dining Room was created to host life’s most meaningful celebrations. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great! We enjoyed a date night here, sharing their Spanish octopus appetizer, the burrata appetizer, their beef ravioli and finishing off with tiramisu. We added sausage to the ravioli and the entire thing was the best pasta dish I have had in a very long time!

Food was outstanding. Perfect pizzas and pastas and delicious salads!!! We came here with a group of 12, including my 82 year old demanding momma. This restaurant bent over backwards from a service standpoint. Ask for Katie!! Enjoyed meeting the owner and hearing his stories and how they import a majority of the ingredients from Italy - important for my gluten free sis! Highly recommend !!!
